Can my first appointment be via telemedicine?

Your initial visit must be in person so the provider can perform a physical exam and complete a thorough assessment. Follow-up visits may be conducted via telemedicine from the comfort of your home or office.

Do you offer in-house lab testing?

We typically refer patients to trusted lab partners such as LabCorp and other major laboratories in the area. Once your labs are completed, you can conveniently access your results online (e.g., via LabCorp’s website).

What types of lab tests do you offer?

We provide a wide range of annual wellness and preventive lab tests, available through nearby LabCorp locations.

What age groups do you treat?

We care for patients ages 16 and older, including seniors.

Do you offer annual wellness physicals?

Yes. We strongly encourage all patients to schedule annual wellness and preventive physical exams to maintain optimal health.

Can I access my chart online?
